No refunds. Cancel anytime.

We don't give refunds for subscription payments, including renewals and unused time on a plan. When you subscribe, you ask for access to start straight away, which means the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK ends once your access begins.

Cancel from the link in your Payhip receipt email, or ask us to do it. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email kayxkazsupport@gmail.com and we'll put it right.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law gives you a refund, you'll get it. Payhip, which processes our payments, may also issue a refund in some cases, for example to settle a dispute.
