Terms of service

You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age to use Discord and TikTok where you live if that's higher. You sign in with your Discord account; signing in also adds you to our Discord server, which is where we post updates and give support.

The patcher runs in your browser. Your videos are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us.

Every eligible Discord account gets 3 free patches at full quality, and each one comes back 30 days after you use it — so you always have three in any 30-day stretch, whenever you join. To keep this fair, the Discord account must be at least 30 days old, each device can only be used by one free account per month, and there is a limit on how many free accounts one internet connection can use in a month. A patch that fails can give its slot back a limited number of times. We may change or end the free allowance at any time.

• Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and give unlimited patching while they're active.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Payhip and the payment providers it uses (such as PayPal and Stripe). Their terms apply to the payment itself. Any tax due is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your licence key arrives by email. Once you enter it, it's tied to that Discord account, so keep access to that account and don't share the key.
• We may change prices for new purchases. A price change never applies to a subscription you already have without telling you first.

You can cancel anytime from the link in your Payhip receipt email, or by asking us in our Discord or at kayxkazsupport@gmail.com. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

All payments are final and we don't give refunds, including for unused time, except where the law requires it. When you subscribe you ask for access to start straight away, and you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal (for customers in the EU and UK) ends once it does. Licence keys bought through our previous store keep working for the time they were sold with. They're personal and tied to one Discord account.

You agree not to:

• share, sell or lend your account, plan or licence key, or use the service in more than one browser at once;
• use several Discord accounts or devices to get more free patches;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer or automate the service, or try to get around its limits;
• patch videos you don't have the right to post.

You're responsible for what you post and for following TikTok's terms and community guidelines.

The service is provided “as is”. TikTok changes how it handles uploads, and we can't promise views, reach or results, or that any method keeps working forever. We work to keep the service running and improving, and we may pause it for maintenance — updates are posted in our Discord.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by sharing an account. You can stop using the service at any time.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost content, or anything TikTok or another platform does to your account, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll announce important changes in our Discord. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

Kay x Kaz is independent. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok or Discord, and their names belong to their owners. TikTok decides how it handles uploads and can change that at any time.
